About / Luis Wester
AI systems.
Real business.
I build AI systems and growth operations for real businesses. My experience spans more than a decade of launching ventures, running ecommerce operations, and connecting marketing strategy with implementation.
I’m Luis Wester, an AI systems integrator and ecommerce growth operator. Across ventures and systems, I have been responsible for several million in realized revenue. That experience shapes how I build: connect the tools, understand the operation, and measure what actually happens.

Current focus
What I’m building.
Through Orvus, I work on AI integration, customer-service automation, SEO and lifecycle systems. The aim is useful, connected operations: support connected to order data, marketing connected to customer journeys, and automation with clear limits and human oversight.
At Orvus, I’m also building a media network in public, with distinct specialist publications supported by shared research, publishing and measurement systems. Ten blogs were the initial trial. Expansion to hundreds depends on reader demand, quality and commercial results.
I’m building Tabula with my brother, Jakob. It is an archaeological intelligence project combining historical literature, archival maps and LiDAR terrain data. Its predictions are leads for investigation, not confirmed discoveries.

Customer service and growth systems
Orvus’s first-party case summaries describe customer-service automation and SEO systems. Automated support actions are not the same as fully automated customer conversations. Search impressions are not clicks, and neither is revenue.
Source reviewed 15 September 2026. The public summaries do not consistently specify dated measurement windows, so I am not presenting their percentages here as audited personal results.
A transparent starting point
The ten-blog media trial recorded 173 Search Console impressions and 0 clicks for 31 August to 13 September 2026. This is an early baseline, not evidence of revenue or a proven growth model.

Books & selected writing.
My published books include the existing Kindle edition of Before You Automate and the earlier Blockchain Maximalist (2019). I’m now preparing three illustrated editions: It’s Not Doing What I Want!, about working with AI; a revised Before You Automate; and The Small-Business Marketing Handbook, developed from the earlier Marketing Without a Brand work. These new editions are in proof review and are not yet published. I also write about Stoicism and make visual art. They are other ways of exploring the questions that interest me.

Strategy, connected to execution.
I’m open to senior marketing and growth opportunities, client work and strategic partnerships. If you need someone who can connect business priorities with the systems that make them happen, let’s talk.
